How Does Smartsoft’s Spin & Win Work?
· Join/opt-into any of the participating games.
· You must make at least one (1) real money spin by placing a qualifying bet in any of the participating games.
· Any Qualifying Bet (as defined below) placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during the Promotion Term.
· Players may randomly receive a prize wheel spin after placing a qualifying bet in the participating games.
· Once they have received their wheel spin, players will need to click on the “SPIN” button on the wheel in order to claim their chance to win cash prizes.
Terms & Conditions
1. SmartSoft’s “Spin & Win” Instant Prizes Network Tournament (“The campaign”) is only available in Real mode.
2. The campaign starts at 07:01 (CEST/CET) on 01/04/2026 and runs until 06:59 (CEST/CET) on 28/06/2026 (“Campaign period”). More specifically, the campaign runs in monthly intervals, occurring from 07:01 UTC on the 2nd –29th of April, 4th – 31st May, and 2nd – 28th of June ending at 06:59 UTC on the final day of each period.
3. Participating players will take part in the campaign by placing a qualifying bet in participating games during the campaign period. There is no additional cost.

5. The minimum bet amount required to qualify for the promotions is: 250 CDF.

6. Any qualifying bet in participating games during the campaign period can trigger a prize from the prize pool.
7. A qualifying bet can win only one prize.
8. The “Spin & Win” Instant Prizes Network Tournament comprises of random prize wheels, offering up to 1,250,000 CDF per spin.
9. Players may randomly receive a prize wheel spin after placing a qualifying bet in the participating games.
Once they have received their wheel spin, players will need to click on the “”SPIN”” button of the wheel in order to claim their chance to win cash prizes.”
10. Players will have 30 seconds to spin the prize wheel after it appears.
If there is no activity within this time, the wheel will automatically spin, and a prize will be awarded randomly.”
11. The auto-spin function will be disabled when the prize wheel appears.
12. Prize chances on the wheel are randomly generated at the start of each spin.
13. Any unused spins will be lost when the promotion ends.
14. Players can access information about the winners in the promotion lobby.
15. Every cycle of the tournament offers its own prize pool, with an aggregate max prize pool of 15,600,000,000 CDF throughout the entire tournament, as further described in these Terms.
16. The cash prizes will be credited to the player online account within a period of 7 days after the win or 72 hours after the promotion period ends.
17. Only verified players are eligible to win the prizes.
18. Malfunctions and errors may void all play and pays.
19. Only finished spins/bets will qualify for the Tournament.
20. Payment of cash prizes throughout the tournament shall not be subject to any type of wagering requirements.
21. Upon winning a prize drop wheel spin, a nominal bet amount may be temporarily deducted from the player’s funds, depending on the virtual world policies.
This deduction is temporary, and the deducted amount will be credited back to the player after spinning the wheel.”
22. Winner.bet reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any player from one or more tournament rounds or from the entire tournament, and/or to adjust their leaderboard score, if it has reasonable grounds to suspect unlawful conduct, abuse, or exploitative gameplay (including manipulation or system abuse).
23. These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable laws and may be amended at any time.
Continued participation in the campaign after changes have been communicated will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.”
24. Winner.bet reserves the right to withhold or revoke any cash prize if the win results from any obvious error, mistake or technical fault (including incorrect game pay-outs) whether caused by a machine malfunction or human error in respect of any of the participating games.
Winner.bet may also withhold or cancel prizes if in its sole discretion, the win resulted from cheating, manipulation, or collusion with other players.”
25. Winner.bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, for any reason.
Any changes will not affect players who have already qualified for a prize prior to the modification.
In such cases, the previous terms and conditions will remain applicable.”

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict, the English version shall prevail.”
27. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and the rules presented to the player within the tournament tool, the latter rules shall prevail.
