How to make a deposit from your online account?

1. Beginning by clicking on the user menu icon in the top right-hand bar.
2. Among the available options, select “DEPOSIT”.
3. Choose your mobile money payment method (Airtel Money / M-Pesa).
4. Enter the amount and click on deposit.
5. You will receive a pop-up on your phone and type ”1” to confirm.
6. Insert Mobile Money PIN (Airtel Money / M-Pesa).

Dear customers, Only the phone number used to open the account will be used for deposits and withdrawals.

Furthermore, this number must be from one of the following two operators: Airtel or Vodacom.

How to do a deposit to online account via Shop/POS

Winner.bet allows you to make the deposit at any time,
to any of our shops/POS across the country free of charge whenever you want.

Go to the nearest shop/POS, ask the cashier/agent for a deposit to your online account.
Give the cashier/agent your winner.bet online account ID, the cashier/agent will print for you receipt with amount and code.(Please note: this deposit code can only be redeemed with your account).
Log into your account and Click on « Deposit » on the main menu.
Click on « Shop Cash » , insert the printing code and then click on « Complete Deposit ».

Note: As required by law, mobile money withdrawals will only be made to accounts from which a deposit was made.
