If you play the Double Chance game type with the Double Chance +5 bet type and a stake of 300 CDF, you choose 5 numbers, and your stake amount is multiplied by 120,000.

1. Fixed Odds Loto Games are played subject to Fixed Odds Loto Rules and General online rules. Online Rules will apply to any situations not covered by these Fixed Odds Loto Rules, but in the event of any inconsistency, General Rules will prevail.

4. We accept bets on the following fixed odds games:
a. Chance - Customers can select between 2-5 numbers from 1 and 90 numbers (Chance 2, 3, 4 and 5) to appear within the first 5 numbers drawn. The order in which the numbers are drawn is not relevant, but if one or more numbers are correct then the customer will receive a fixed odds return.
b. Xtra Chance 6 - Customers can select between 2-5 Numbers between 1 and 90 to appear within the first 6 numbers drawn. The order in which the numbers are drawn is not relevant, but if one or more numbers are correct then the customer will receive a fixed odds return.
c. Xtra Chance 7 - Customers can select 2 numbers between 1 and 90. If one or both of your numbers are drawn in the first 7 numbers drawn, you win.
d. Chance+ - Customers can select between 3-5 numbers from 1 to 90 balls (Chance + 3, Chance + 4 and Chance + 5). The order in which the numbers are drawn is not relevant, but if two or more numbers are correct then the customer will receive a fixed odds return.
e. Xtra Chance+ 6 - Customers can select between 3-5 Numbers between 1 and 90 to appear within the first 6 numbers drawn. The order in which the numbers are drawn is not relevant, but if two or more numbers are correct then the customer will receive a fixed odds return.
f. Xtra Chance+ 7 - Customers can select between 3-5 Numbers between 1 and 90 to appear within the first 7 numbers drawn. The order in which the balls are drawn is not relevant, but if two or more numbers are correct, then the customer will receive a fixed odds return.
g. Double Chance+ - Customers chooses 3, 4 or 5 numbers between 1 and 90 balls to appear within either the first 5 numbers drawn, or the last 5 numbers drawn, if 2 or more of their numbers do not appear in the first 5 numbers drawn the customer has a second chance to win on the last 5 numbers drawn, giving them a double chance of winning. The sooner the selected numbers are drawn, the more the customer wins.
h. Turbo - Customers choose 2 numbers between 1 and 90 balls to appear within the first 5 numbers drawn (Turbo 2, 3, 4 and 5). The customer must predict the position of the balls; the sooner selected numbers are drawn the more the customer wins.
i. Turbo Double Chance - Customers choose 2 numbers between 1 and 90 balls to appear within the first 5 numbers drawn, if their numbers do not appear in the first 5 numbers drawn the customer has a second chance to win on the last 5 numbers drawn giving them a double chance of winning. The sooner the selected numbers are drawn, the more the customer wins. The customer needs to predict the positions of the balls. NB: The results of the First and Last 5 balls are not combined. For example, the numbers selected by the customer must appear in either the first 2, 3, 4 or 5 numbers drawn (first 5) or the last 2, 3, 4 or 5 numbers drawn (last 5).
j. Nap 2 Xtra - Customers choose 2 numbers to appear within the first 6 or 7 numbers drawn. Customers win if both of their numbers are drawn; the prize is determined by the position of the correct balls drawn (first 6 or first 7 balls drawn).
k. One Up One Down - Pick 2 numbers between 1 and 90. If 1 of your numbers is drawn in the first 5 and 1 in the last 5, you win your stake x110!”
5. Important: The maximum prize amount for a single ticket will not exceed 50,000,000 CDF or 20,000 USD even if a different amount is shown on the ticket by mistake.
General Term:
1. If for any reason a lottery draw does not take place all valid Fixed Odds Loto bets will be made void.
2. If for any reason a lottery draw is postponed and is rescheduled to another time, all valid Fixed Odds Loto bets on that draw will stand for the rescheduled draw(s), Winner.bet reserves the right to set the date, time and frequency of the draws.
3. The Website will advertise the time, frequency, date and method of the Draws for each Game.
4. Fixed Odds Loto bets cannot be combined with any other non-loto betting event. Each Draw will:
(a) Select winning numbers at random with the help of mechanical drawing equipment (or any other equipment we may from time to time determine).
(b) Be conducted in line with the draw procedures and in the presence of an independent witness. If a draw is interrupted because of equipment failure or for any other reason, the draw will be completed in line with the applicable draw procedures for that game.”
5. If a draw cannot take place on the date or at the time fixed, it will take place as soon as reasonably possible after that date.
6. If a partial draw is made due to equipment failure or any other mechanical problem the number of balls already selected will stand until the draw can be completed in full. If additional balls are drawn in error the draw will stand for the first balls drawn for that game. For example, with 5/90 game 6 balls are drawn but should have been only 5 balls the draw will stand for the first 5 balls drawn.
7. If any game draw is declared invalid, another draw will take place in line with the applicable draw procedures to determine the winning numbers.
8. The numbers drawn and recorded in writing by the witness will be the winning numbers for that draw. Prizes paid based on the official results of the relevant draw recorded in line with Rule 13 and electronically recorded in the Central Computer System.
9. Prizes will not be paid based on results recorded or obtained from anywhere else, including for example newspapers, websites, retailers’ signs, electrical signs, external digital signs or social media for example.
10. Payment will not be required for any incorrectly announced number(s) at the draw, and the witness as described in Rule 13. will confirm the correct number(s).
11. Payouts are expressed as a multiple of your stake, for example a 1,000 CDF winning bet staked at “X10 ” would return a total of 10,000CDF
12. A prize can be withheld and/or an equivalent payment made in lieu of any dispute being resolved.
13. Not all betting options may be available online, sales cut-off and draw times may vary.
14. The draws will take place Every day, 7 days a week, at 9:30 Alpha, 10:30 Beta, 11:30 Gamma, 12:30 Delta, 13:30 Epsilon, 14:30 Zeta, 15:30 Eta, 16:30 Theta, 17:30 Iota, and 18:30 Kappa. Kinshasa time zone. Winner.bet reserves the right to determine the date, time and frequency of the draws.
15. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Participation is prohibited for those under the age of 18.
16. Winnings will only be paid to the original ticket holder. Only one player can be the owner of a ticket.
17. Prizes equal to or greater than 20,000,000 CDF will be claimed only at the registered HQ office of winner.bet following an identification process with all the necessary documents. Payment will be made according to the applicable laws.
18. The winning ticket expires 30 days from the date of the draw. If prizes are not claimed within 30 days, the winnings will be forfeited and can no longer be claimed.
19. Ad Valorem and any other tax due to the government will be deducted at source by law.
20. No ticket is valid unless it’s registered in Winner.bet’s system.

22. The result of the draw is the one certified by the bailiff duly authorized to do so.
23. In the unlikely event of an interrupted draw, the numbers already drawn will be maintained. The remaining numbers will be drawn as soon as all conditions have been restored.

25. Any ticket issued following a bug or malfunction will be canceled and voided.
