These Bettings Rules provide an overview of Winner.bet Live Odds Markets and detailed information about Winner.bet sports betting rules. It contains both general and specific rules to settlement and cancellations for different sports. Furthermore, you will find important information about the side bets offered for these sports.

If the outcome of the market cannot be officially verified, Winner.bet reserves the right to delay the settlement until official confirmation and void the market that the result cannot be determined .
If odds were offered when the outcome was already known, Winner.bet reserves the right to void any betting.
In the case of any obviously incorrectly displayed or calculated prices, Winner.bet reserves the right to void betting.
If coverage has to be abandoned and the match finishes regularly, all markets will be settled according to the final result. If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, Winner.bet reserves the right to void them.
In the case of an incorrect settlement of markets, Winner.bet reserves the right to correct them anytime.
If a match does not adhere to the generally accepted format (e.g. unusual period length, Awarded/ Technical win, counting procedure, format of a match etc.); Winner.bet reserves the right to void any market.
If the rules or format of a match differ from our accepted norm, Winner.bet reserves the right to void any market.
If a match is not completed or not played (e.g. through disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, changes in draws etc.), all undecided markets are considered void.
In the event that prices are flagrantly incorrectly displayed or calculated Winner.bet reserves the right to void any betting. This includes a deviation of more than 100 % when paying compared to the average odds.
All markets (except markets halftime, first half markets, overtime and penalty shoot out) are considered for regular time only.
If a match is interrupted and continued within 48h after initial kick-off, all open bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise all undecided bets are considered void.
Regular 90 Minutes: Markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal.
If the market remains open when the following events have already taken place: goals, red or yellow-red cards and penalties, Winner.bet reserves the right to void betting.
If the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, Winner.bet reserves the right to void betting.
If odds were offered with an incorrect match time, Winner.bet reserves the right to void betting.
If a wrong score is entered, all markets will be cancelled for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.
If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after the initial kick-off date, betting will be void.
If the team names or category are displayed incorrectly, Winner.bet reserves the right to void betting.
Yellow card counts as 1 card and red or yellow-red card as 2. The 2nd yellow for one player which leads to a yellow red card is not considered. As a consequence one player cannot cause more than 3 cards.
Settlement will be made according to all available evidence of cards shown during the regular 90 minutes play.
Cards shown after the match are not considered.
Cards for non-players (already substituted players, managers, players on bench) are not considered.
Yellow card counts as 10 points and red or 2 yellow cards as 25. The 2nd yellow for one player which leads to a yellow red card is not considered. As a consequence one player cannot cause more than 35 booking points.
Settlement will be made according to all available evidence for cards shown during the regular 90 minutes play.
Cards shown after the match are not considered.
Cards for non-players (already substituted players, managers, players on bench)are not considered.
Corners awarded but not taken are not considered.
Own goals will not be considered for Next Goalscorer settlement purposes and are ignored
All players who took part in the match since kick off or previous goal are considered as runners
All players who are currently taking part are listed.If for any reason an unlisted player scores a goal all bets on listed players stand
Market will be settled based on TV insert and statistics provided by Press Association unless there is clear evidence that these statistics are not correct.
Own goals will not be considered for Anytime Goalscorer settlement purposes and are ignored
All players who took part in the match are considered as runners. If for any reason an unlisted player scores a goal all bets on listed players stand.
If a match hasn’t finished within 48h after initial kick off all bets are considered void even on players who already scored
Market will be settled based on TV insert and statistics provided by Press Association and/or on our servers.
Important
In case of a retirement and walk over of any player all undecided bets are considered void.
In case of any delay (rain, darkness…) all markets remain unsettled and the trading will be continued as soon as the match continues.
If penalty points are awarded by the umpire, all bets on that game will stand.
In case that a match ends before certain points/games have been completed, all affected point/game related markets are considered void.
If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, Winner.bet reserves the right to void betting.
If a player retires all undecided markets are considered void.
If a match is decided by a Match tie-break then it will be considered to be the 3rd set
Every tie-break or Match tie-break counts as 1 game.
Important
Markets do not consider overtime unless otherwise stated.
Settlement and cancellation rules
If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after the initial kick-off date betting will be void.
If odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 minutes), Winner.bet reserves the right to void betting.
If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, Winner.bet reserves the right to void betting.
11. Winner.bet General Rules:
By purchasing a ticket, the customer is deemed to have read and understood the full rules and agreed to abide by the Betting Rules.
General rules of the game
Minimum stake shall be 300 CDF for all bets that Winner.bet has to offer, unless otherwise is indicated on a particular branch. Maximum payouts shall be 200.000.000 CDF per client per day including bonuses on any given winning ticket
When a bet is played and accepted, a customer/ client is liable to pay the amount which is equal to the stake before the event(s) selected otherwise it shall be void.
Winner.bet reserves the right to accept, not to accept or partially accept proposed bets which a client has requested
The client/ customer is obliged to check that the information issued is correct before definitively confirming the bet.
•Bets will be accepted up to the advertised close of sale time indicated for the particular match. In some cases at the sole discretion of Winner.bet.
•Occasionally, tournaments, friendlies, or other matches may have time frames different than two 45 minute halves. Winner.bet doing the best efforts to announce this special playing time. If a different time frame is not announced, the responsibility to check is on the customer and the bets on the game considered in action and shall not be void. If, in a game scheduled for two halves of 45 minutes each, a referee ends the game with an official result with what appears to be a time different than 2 halves of 45 minutes each, bets will have action. If a referee declares for whatever reason,the match flat rate, the bets will be void and the stakes returned.
Nonetheless, such occurrence is limited to the “regular” playing time and does not include any prolongation such as extra time or overtime, unless explicitly stated. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of the length of the event before they place their bet.
Winner.bet is not responsible for any errors in regards to the announcing, publishing, times, results or venues displayed on this site (??), despite every effort being made to ensure their accuracy. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check such information is accurate at the time of publication
Abandoned for any reason, bets will be void and stakes returned.
If a match is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed in 48 hours, (local time of the match site) Live Betting bets on the outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes shall be returned.
The exception to this is bets that got a decision. for example: the 1st half or next goal…. If the 1st half is completed, and the game is abandoned during the 2nd half before full time is reached, bets relating to only the 1st half will have action.
Palpable Error Rule: All odds, lines and handicaps are subject to fluctuation and become fixed only at the time of bet acceptance. Where a palpable error or system failure results in an incorrect price, line or handicap taken in a bet – Winner bet reserves the right to make the bet, or part of the bet if it is a multiple /parlay as void. If the error is noticed in time We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to allow the choice of placing another bet at the correct odds/line/handicap.
Certain circumstances may arise where a bet is confirmed, or a payment is performed, by us in error. The following examples are a non-exhaustive list of such circumstances:
a) whenever the prices/spreads/terms offered by us are significantly dissimilar from those available in the general market.
b) whenever the prices/spreads/terms offered at the time the bet is placed are clearly wrong given the probability of the forecast occurring.
c) whenever a bet has been erroneously accepted on a market which should have been suspended or removed.
d) where a bet containing incompatible events is accidentally accepted, because of human or technical error.
e) whenever a settlement error is made while computing or crediting the amount of winnings; or f) any other situation that may be referred to as an error.
In all these cases the Winner.bet reserves the right to cancel all the bets accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake made re-settling all the bets at the correct prices/spreads/terms that should have been available at the time that the bet was placed in the absence of the error.
You have an obligation to inform us as soon as possible of any amount wrongly credited on your account. We may at any time set off any positive balance resulting from the erroneous operation, as well as cancel possible bets or transactions made with the erroneously credited funds
Neither Winner.bet (including our employees or agents) nor our partners or suppliers are liable for any loss resulting from any error made. Bets placed in order to cover flawed bets will stand valid if not impaired by errors.
Winner.bet does not guarantee that odds will be offered at any specific time during the match.
When a team name is followed by (OT), (OT only) or (ET) this is for the 30 minute extra time period and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. It does not include penalty shootouts.
When a team name is followed by “(Pen)” or “(Penalties)” this is for penalty shootouts only.
For grading purposes, when placing a Live Soccer Asian Handicap bet, the handicap line and odds displayed are for the match from the point the bet is accepted. Goals scored previously (ie. current score) are ignored for a Live Asian Handicap bet. Unless otherwise specified, all Live Soccer Asian Handicap bets will be settled based on the goals scored in the remainder of the match during Regulation Time. All goals scored before the bet is accepted are not included.
Bets made on full time results after the actual kick off will be considered illegal even if they were accepted by the terminal (agent) and a ticket has been printed. A ticket that includes an illegal bet will be considered void.
Bets accepted on fixtures played earlier than scheduled if the kick-off time of a certain fixture has been officially advanced (played earlier than scheduled) , the fixture will be considered void and will pay as a winning bet with the odds of 1.00.
In the event of any dispute you agree that the records of our server shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim.
Multiple bets which combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other.
A number of bets may be treated as being one when a client places multiple copies of the same bet. When this occurs, Winner bet reserves the right to void apart from the first bet struck. A number of bets that contain the same single selection may be treated as being one. An example would be where 1 particular selection is repeatedly included in multiple bets involving other short-priced selections.
Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same (or very similar) selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate, Winner.bet reserves the right to make bets void.
Winner.bet reserves the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred: (i) the integrity of the event has been called into question or (ii) match rigging has taken place. Evidence may be based on the size, volumes or pattern of bets placed with Winner.bet across any or all of our betting channels.
Winner.bet makes every effort to ensure that it does not have disputes between the fixture data in its official publications and the data printed on the ticket, and between the data printed on the ticket and that recorded in the central system. However if as a result of human error or system problem a bet is accepted with the data on the ticket different from the data recorded in the system, the data in the central system will prevail. By purchasing a ticket the player is deemed to have agreed to accept the data in the central system as core and honest.
A ticket that’s marked in the system as cancelled even if the cancellation is a result of a human error or a system problem will not be entitled to any payment. In some cases at the sole discretion of Winner.bet, Winner.bet may decide to refund the player the amount paid for the cancelled tickets.
Any ticket not recorded in the central system as a result of human error, a system problem or any other problem will be considered void and the bearer of the ticket will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the ticket.
Any ticket that is not recorded in the central system after kick-off of the earliest fixture printed on the ticket as a result of a human error, a system problem or any other problem will be considered void and the bearer of the ticket will be entitled to be refunded the amount paid for the ticket.
Any ticket that is recorded after the end of the game will be an illegal bet and will be void.
The original ticket is the only valid proof of ownership of a certain bet. No copies of a ticket can be submitted for payment. A Player must keep his ticket in a good condition. Tickets that have been manipulated or worn-out, particularly, but not only, the ticket ID and barcode, will not be accepted as valid proof of ownership and will not be paid.
Winning tickets will normally be paid after the end of the latest fixture on the ticket. In some rare cases Winner.bet may postpone the payment, at its sole discretion, in such cases the Winner.bet issues a notice to the public at its points of payments.
A ticket is valid 30 days from the day it was purchased (the sale date printed on the ticket).
In the event of dispute, Winner.bet does not consider any printed matter or receipts which do not have their counterpart in the records at Winner.bet disposal.
Winner.bet reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Any changes will be published on the notice board.
24. Winner.bet Football – Fair Rule.
This rule will always apply in cases where Winner.bet fails to find a definitive result to any given market and Winner.bet will always pay as a winning bet with the odds of 1.00.
Winner.bet makes every effort to ensure that it does not make errors accepting bets. However, if as a result of an error, a bet is accepted at a price (which includes the odds, handicap provision, and other terms and conditions or details of the bet) to establish the correct price, Winner.bet will consider prices available in our servers at the time the bet was made
For example: If the odds are recorded as 308 when on offer in our servers is 3.08 all winning bets will be settled with our servers’ price.
Please note that when such instances occur, Winner.bet will make the efforts to notify customers intending to and have placed bets on the error in question.
*A message will appear at the bottom of the score screen in the agencies.
We do not accept responsibility or liability for any mistakes in respect of the announcing, publishing or marking of prices, handicaps, place terms, betting information or results despite our every effort to ensure accuracy. We make every effort to ensure that no errors are made in prices offered or bets accepted. However, human and/or systems’ error may occasionally result in errors. Winner.bet reserves the right to correct any obvious error and to void any bet placed where such have occurred. In the case of any blatant errors in prices transmitted (including for example where the price being displayed is materially different from those available in the general market and/or the price is clearly incorrect, depending on all of the circumstances), bets will be settled at the correct price at the time of acceptance. If a bet is accepted by us on an event where offering a price on the event itself (rather than the price) was in error, the bet will be void and your stake will be returned.
Neither Winner.bet (including employees or agents) nor our partners or suppliers are liable for any loss resulting from any error made. Bets placed in order to cover flawed bets will stand valid if not impaired by errors.
In the event of a website system malfunction all bets are void. Winner.bet reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of hardware/software error or malfunction. We are not liable to you for any loss that you may incur as a result of such suspension or delay.

In the event of a dispute between the result showing on the general media (other websites) and on our servers, the result showing on our server shall be the official and governing result.
Winner.bet will seek criminal and contractual sanction against any customer and agent involved in fraud, dishonesty, or criminal acts. Winner.bet will withhold payment to any customer where any of these are suspected. The customer shall indemnify and shall be liable to Winner.bet, on demand, all costs, charges or losses sustained incurred by Winner.bet (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from the customer’s fraud, dishonesty or criminal act . Winner.bet reserves the right to withhold payment during the period of investigation.
If a selection in a single bet is made void the stake will be refunded. Void selections in multiple accumulator bets will be as non- runners (considered as a winning bet with the odds of 1.00) and the stake will run onto the remaining selections of the bet.
Soccer kickoff dates and times displayed on our website and fixtures are an indication only and are not guaranteed to be correct. If a match does not start as scheduled, and does not start in 48 hours from the original time published (local time of the match site) then wagers on the match will have no action and be refunded.
*If a ticket that was redeemed (paid ticket) to a customer includes a game that was postponed and played before 48 hours (no matter if won or lost), customer should not be able to claim the bet on the particular postponed game that was paid for already.
Please always check that whatever is printed on your receipt is exactly what you wanted. Always make sure you get a receipt for your bet on payment. Please always remember to contact our staff members in cases where you feel Winner.bet made a mistake(s) and settle before kickoff of the first fixture on your coupon.
*Bets placed cannot be cancelled or altered after 10 minutes or kick off and cannot be cancelled at all on live bets.
Applicability of these rules: These rules shall apply to all sports and games offered by Winner.bet
If a customer will deposit money and withdraw it without betting a commission of 10% will be taken as a service for the transaction. If the customer didn’t complete the required turnover (meaning deposit money and withdraw it without betting), Data Yard advertisement SARL (Winner.bet) will charge 10% as a fee on the withdrawal. This is a transactional fee that you will have to bear as a service for the transaction. For example: If a customer deposits CDF 10,000 and bet an amount of CDF 6,000 – the withdrawal fee of 10% will apply on the CDF 4,000 that the customer did not bet on.” Bets with total odds less than 1.3 and those of spin & win will not be included in the turnover to avoid 10% fees.
Profits that came from betting are not bearing withdrawal fees

Winner.bet ’s terms and conditions of use apply to Bettings Rules and prevail in case of conflict with these general conditions.
